By accessing our website (https://paycred.tech), creating an account, booking flight tickets, or engaging our software engineering services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Description of Platform Services
PayCred is a digital technology platform offering the following services:
Utility Bill Payments & BBPS Recharges: Enabling users to pay utility bills (Electricity, Piped Gas, Water, LPG, Broadband, Landline) and recharges (Mobile Prepaid/Postpaid, DTH, Fastag) with instant BBPS confirmation and digital receipts.
Education & Tuition Fee Payments: Secure fee payment portal allowing parents, students, and institutions to pay school, college, tuition, and coaching fees via credit card with automated institutional receipts.
Online Flight Search & Booking: Enabling customers to search, compare, and book domestic and international flight tickets across major commercial airlines with instant e-ticket generation.
Custom Software Engineering & IT Consulting: Full-stack web application development, mobile app engineering (Android & iOS), cloud architecture, and technical consulting.
Digital Solutions & Bill Invoicing: Generating GST-compliant electronic invoices, transaction statements, and digital payment receipts.
3. Flight Booking Terms & Passenger Guidelines
Passenger Information: You agree that all passenger names, government ID details, contact information, and travel dates submitted during booking are 100% accurate and match valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License).
Airline Carriage Conditions: All flight bookings are subject to the specific Conditions of Carriage, baggage restrictions, check-in timelines, and fare rules of the respective operating airline.
Schedule Changes: Airlines reserve the right to alter flight schedules or cancel flights due to operational or weather exigencies. PayCred will notify passengers via email/SMS upon receiving intimation from the airline.
4. Custom Software Development Terms
Scope of Work: Custom software deliverables, feature requirements, and delivery milestones are documented in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.
Intellectual Property (IP): Upon final milestone payment clearance, 100% intellectual property ownership of custom source code is transferred to the client.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Security Standards
Strict Compliance Notice
Users agree not to utilize the platform for any unlawful activities, including unauthorized automated scraping, fraudulent credit card transactions, identity falsification, money laundering, or attempting to compromise platform security infrastructure.
6. Payment Processing & Card Security
All online payments on PayCred are processed securely through licensed, RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway partners adhering to strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and 256-bit SSL encryption.
PayCred does not store, process, or transmit raw credit card numbers or CVVs. All card-on-file handling utilizes RBI-mandated tokenization issued directly by payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
