Billing & Pricing FAQ

When am I charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately upon confirming the payment. The total charge includes the transfer amount plus the convenience fee (inclusive of 18% GST). There is no pre-authorization hold — the charge is final.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The exact fee amount is displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm. What you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or minimum usage requirements.

Is the processing fee refundable?

If a settlement fails due to invalid beneficiary details or a compliance block, the entire billed amount including the processing fee is reversed to your credit card. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer subscription or recurring billing?

Currently, PayCred operates on a pay-per-use model. Auto-Pay (recurring fee payments) is in development and will use authorized RBI e-mandate (UPI Autopay / e-NACH) for recurring billing when launched.

How do I get a GST invoice?

GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated for the convenience fee component of every transaction. You can download them from your profile dashboard under the transaction history section.
